GK ELM Consultancy, is dedicated to creating schools and colleges of excellence across the ASEAN region. The Company was founded by Gerald Kochappan at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia in 2018. Leveraging Malaysia’s leadership in education, we extend our unique ELM model to nations and regions that need it most, helping them overcome challenges like policy complexity, technology gaps, and leadership deficits.
Our ELM approach makes world-class training accessible to educational leaders in even the most remote and underserved areas.
